Stainless steel construction, comprising hopper unit with internal, non-return valve on material inlet, self-operating flap outlet, proximity level switch and air / material separation screen. Complete with hinged cover. Incorporating compressed air operated vacuum valve for connection via remote filter unit to remote vacuum pump. The side mounted junction box includes a metal clad quick release connection for the control cable.
Rip and Tip Bins

A simple solution where material is supplied in small (typically 25kg) bags. A grid on top of the bin ensures so lumps, bag parts, of knives fall through into the material. Built in suction port with aerator ensure a smooth pick-up by the vacuum system. These bans can be supplied in aluminium or stainless steel with a finish to suit your environment. Fully enclosed bins with extraction offer dust free emptying of powders.
