High-Accuracy Dosing of Masterbatch, Additives and Regrind
All stainless steel construction with dosing auger screw and separate microprocessor controls. A variety of neckpieces is available for mounting the unit at the throat of the machine.
The in-built slide provides very easy calibration in situ and a hopper drain out flap enables fast clean down for material change.
The auger is driven by a high precision stepper-motor. The controls provide variable-speed setting and include a timer and a calibration function.
Due to the nature of the stepper motor, the auger speed can be varied from 10% to 100% thus providing a wide range of dosing rates without the need to change the auger size.
